Immunization Schedule
Our practice is committed to providing the highest standard of pediatric care and promoting the health and safety of all patients and families. In accordance with the guidelines set forth by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we require that all patients receive state mandated vaccines in accordance with the listed schedules.
This schedule is designed to protect against a range of diseases and illnesses, providing comprehensive immunity for your child as they grow.
