About East Cobb Pediatrics

East Cobb Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine was established in the the 1970’s with Dr. Eduardo Montana Sr. as its founder. Over the years, our growth has been tremendous, requiring the addition of several physicians and nurse practitioners to meet the growing demand of the prevention and treatment of childhood illnesses, disorders and diseases.

East Cobb Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine is dedicated to providing high quality healthcare for infants, children and adolescents in East Cobb, Marietta, and Kennesaw. We are dedicated pediatric doctors and nurse practitioners for children, and we maintain relationships with our patients and their families based on mutual respect and honesty.

We provide clean, comfortable and well-equipped facilities for our patients and staff.

Our goal is to maintain an environment that is friendly, professional and responsive to patients’ needs. Teamwork and collaboration are valued. Children are our future. We consider it a privilege to be entrusted with restoring and promoting their health.

Both Offices are closed for lunch - 1:00 to 2:00 daily

Walk-ins

Walk-ins are available to established patients with acute illnesses

8:15am to 9:30am

3:45pm to 4:45pm

4:30pm to 6:00pm
