- Will my insurance pay for the visit?
Most insurances are allowing virtual visits for the next several weeks. We will contact your insurance company for you to ask about telemedicine benefits. However, we have no control over how your insurance processes your telehealth claim. If a claim is denied, the policy owner may need to pay for the visit out of pocket. - Will I have to pay a copayment or deductible for a virtual visit?
Although some plans will waive copayments, others will still require them. We will submit your claim to your insurance company and send you a statement for any patient responsibility.
